We believe that the Bible is the innerant, inspired Word of God that is good for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. Our Pastor typically preaches from the Christian Standard Bible, CSB, but often references other translations during the message. We do not view any translation as superior, and recommend finding the translation that you can easily read and comprehend.
Yes! On Sunday mornings we offer Sunday School classes for all ages and the nursery is available during Worship Service. Families are encouraged to worship Jesus together, and after worshiping through song the children are invited to attend children's church for an age appropriate lesson. We also have Children for Christ on Wednesday nights for Nursery - High School.
As with most southern baptist churches, you can become a member of our congregation through a transfer of membership from another southern baptist church by letter, through statement of faith, or by baptism. Pending members will be approved during the following business meeting.
Most of our attenders wear something comfortable and casual. Jesus wore sandals :)
